If the delivery person cannot reach the specified address (e.g., unknown address, unknown addressee, incomplete address, wrong address, nobody available), the mail will be returned. Before returning, the delivery person usually attempts delivery twice and leaves a note at the address indicating the expected delivery time. If the mail is returned, it will be destroyed, and you must reorder the product and delivery. The new delivery will commence upon receiving the payment certificate for the new order.
Transportation Tips:
Our international forwarders make deliveries during office hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm). At the time of delivery, the addressee or its representative must sign for the delivery. If no one is present at the delivery address on the day of delivery, the forwarder will attempt delivery the following day. A note will be left at the address indicating the expected delivery time. If the repeated delivery fails, the goods are automatically returned to us. If no one is present at your home during office hours, it is advisable to request delivery to your office or association. Please ensure that the address provided is where someone is available to receive the mail during office hours. Our company disclaims any liability for delivering to unauthorized persons.
Delivery Times:
The exact delivery time depends on the accurate address. In most countries, the majority of cities are available within 2-3 working days. Production cannot commence before receiving confirmation of payment. Please keep this in mind when paying in advance. The back number will arrive within 10 working days at the latest. DHL will inform the client of the exact date of dispatching the lot via email.
International Shipping:
When shipping to non-EU countries, customs authorities may decide to review the consignment for any reason, leading to potential delays or retention of the consignment. Customs may contact the addressee regarding customs clearance. We cannot guarantee smooth export to and customs clearance in a certain country. Additionally, we cannot determine the expected amount of customs fees nor reimburse costs related to customs. Determining and charging the amount for customs depends on the customs regulations and authorities of the given country. We strive to optimize the shipping procedure, cooperate with the involved sport association, and keep the consignment in the lowest possible weight category (document, delivery, sample shipment) as much as possible.
